General Aviation ? Over regulation, lawsuits, liability and drag down ...

It seems we are moving away from being a nation for the people and by the people to a nation that is for the lawyers and by the lawyers, leaving the rest of us to fund their endeavors. Why, I ask? Today?s example in this epic long series of articles focuses on General Aviation and how FAA regulation, litigation, and aircraft insurance is dragging the general aviation insurance industry into the ditch. Let?s start by reminding you that these are philosophical Considerations in this series of articles, many-many areas of the American way of life.

So, that's another philosophical thinking about the lawyers and responsibilities. Not long ago I spoke with a person who is a pilot with 100 hours and was a member of a university division sides. There was also a member of another club on campus and wanted to fly an airplane around the group of hundreds of miles away to transport to an event. It is able to do so because the sponsors of the OAS Flying Club was concerned about insurance and so on.

Liability costs are those that prevent all of this, lawyers, lawsuits, and insurance regulations, the downside to the advantage of the opportunity for free people to do things you want to do it. How to fly a goal at a reasonable price. This is the same thing is happening in health care and why tort reform is necessary. Therefore, the hiring of an aircraft cost so much, because fewer and fewer young people are inFBO> Aviation, and because it is difficult to make.

And "because half the people in Wichita are unemployed, and why we can not this industry from the ground VLJ. I'm sure to influence the privatization of space. So I have a problem with lawyers have, and maybe one day Health care could be denied health insurance was denied, denied the ability to fly, has denied licenses, because all they do, the ruin everything for everyone else, and if they want to destroy all this, we mustshould include those to pay the price, not the company. See the point?

And maybe that's why the leases, insurance policies, aviation, Fars, and how there are so many pages. We have attorneys on both sides, when what we really need is not, and you can enforce personal responsibility, due diligence and prudent. Thanks again for your attention. Ok, what's your thoughts on this?
